de’A PUBLISHING is specialized on the production of high quality books. The publishing house assist artists from their catalogues to the exhibition and authors from the first idea till finally to the publishing oft their books.

The Atelier Zichy created for de’A PUBLISHING the visual appearance in print and online. As well as designing and producing most of the published academic books, catalogues and children books of this ambitious publishing house. Two of this children books received the renowned Austrian Children’s Book Price which is an award given from Federal Ministries of Art and Culture of Austria.

[de’A] means Dr. Edith Almhofer. The name of the publisher is linkable to the logo to implicate the very personal approach of this book publisher.  Since publishing mainly concerns literature though some oft the books published are about visual arts, a depict representation of language, with a clearly recognisable rendering of according to language bridges the word to the sign.

A circumstance worth considering was the fact that the logo needed to be clearly visible on books as well as the on the whole appearance of the company.  Colour and form signalises – in an ever changing and challenging book market – the importance of high standards of all the products coming from this publishing house.
